提问：参加银行职业资格考试如果违纪会受到哪些处罚?

解答：在银行职业资格考试中，对考试纪律要求十分的严格，根据考生违纪行为的严重性，银行职业资格考试办公室按照相关的规定作出不同程度的处罚：

(1)若考生有将规定物品以外的其他物品带至座位(手机、考试资料、计算器等)、交头接耳、夹带小抄作弊、翻阅参考书籍等行为，属于违纪行为情节较轻，一般会给予取消当次科目成绩的决定(哪个科目存在违纪就取消哪个科目的成绩)；

(2)若考生存在抄袭、协助他人抄袭、使用假身份证、拍摄考试机和抄录试题、利用通讯工具获取或发送考试相关信息等违纪行为的，属于违纪情节比较严重，对于有这些行为的违纪考生不仅要取消当次考试所有科目考试成绩(参加一个科目的考试取消一个，如果参加不止一个科目则全部取消)，而且将违纪人员的违纪违规行为记入国家专业技术人员资格考试诚信档案库，记录期为五年。

(3)串通作弊或者参与有组织作弊的、替考等违纪行为就是很严重的违纪行为了，因此如果考生有这样的违纪行为将会处以取消当次所有考试科目的考试成绩，并且将违纪人员的违纪违规行为长期记入国家专业技术人员资格考试诚信档案库。

除此之外，对于在从业的考生违纪处罚还将通报给其所在的机构人力资源部门，对于没有从业的人员处罚也不是说说而已，因为全部的违纪处罚都将对社会公布。可想而知，从业机构应该不会就当无事发生，会给予违纪考生一定的处罚；而未从业的考生违纪后进行相关应聘时也会增加一定的难度。
